Totten, United States Navy.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Totten.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, anil he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Elizabeth Totten, widow of the late Commodore Benjamin J. Totten, United States Navy. Approved, May 25, 1878.
