CHAP. 132.— An Act providing for an increase of pension to Charles H. Day.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles H. Day.Pension increased. That the Commissioner of pensions by, and he is hereby, directed to issue to Charles H. Day, late first lieutenant of Company I, of the Second Regiment West Virginia Volunteers, a certificate for pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of the one now held by him. This act shall be in force from its passage. Approved, May 25, 1878.
