CHAP. 129.— An Act granting a pension to Ruth Isabelle Naylor, widow of Captain Charles Naylor, of the Second Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers in the Mexican war.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth I. Naylor.Reunion to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Ruth Isabelle Naylor, widow of Charles Naylor, late a captain of Company F, of the Second Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers in the war with Mexico, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, the amount of pension paid her late husband.
