CHAP. 127.— AN ACT for the relief of William A. Mann.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. A. Maim.Credit for moneys stolen. That the Secretary of the Treasury be,' and he is hereby, authorized to credit to William A. Mann, late an acting assistant paymaster in the United States Navy, in his accounts with the Treasury Department, as of the date of the rendition of his final account, the sum of one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four dollars, moneys of the government, stolen from him without his fault, while he was in service as such officer. Approved, March 1, 1879.
