CHAP. 125.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Julia S. W. Evans, widow of Henry D. Evans, late first lieutenant of Company B, Thirteenth Missouri Volunteers.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Julia S. W. Evans.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Julia S. W. Evans, widow of Henry D, Evans, late first lieutenant of Company B, Thirteenth Regiment Missouri Volunteers. Approved, May 25, 1878.
