CHAP. 122.— An act to place Lewis Leffman, ordnance-sergeant United States Army on the retired list March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lewis Leffman.Placed on retired list, Army. That Lewis Leffman, ordnance-sergeant United States Army, be, and he is hereby, placed on the retired list of the Army, with the full pay and allowances of an ordinance-sergeant for and during his natural life, he having served faithfully and honorably in the Army of the United States for more than fifty-three years, and since July twentieth, eighteen hundred and forty, continuously therein as ordnance-sergeant.
