Miller, deceased, late a private in Company E, One hundred and twenty-third Illinois Infantry.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rose Miller.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Rose Miller, widow of the late Reason F. Miller, who was a private in Company E, One hundred and twenty-third Illinois Infantry. Approved, May 25, 1878.
