CHAP. 115.— An Act granting a pension to Jonathan R. Tilman.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. R. Tilman.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of JonathAn R. Tilman, assistant surgeon of the Sixtieth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and that he be allowed a pension from the passage of this act. Approved, May 25, 1878.
