CHAP. 112.— An act extending the limits of the port of New York. Feb. 28, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Port of New York.Limits enlarged. That the collection-district of the port of New York shall hereafter include, in addition to the other territory embraced therein, all that part of the county of Hudson, in the State of New Jersey, and the waters adjacent, now within the collection-district of Newark, New Jersey, east of Newark Bay and the Hackensack Hiver. Approved, February 28, 1879.
