CHAP. 11.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Charles L Scott, of Wilcox County, AlabamaFeb. 1, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, ( two-thirds of each House concurring therein,)*,Charles L. Scott. That the political disabilities imposed upon Charles L. Scott, ofPolitical disabilities removed. Wileox County, Alabama, by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States, on account of his participation in the rebellion, are hereby removed. Approved, February 1, 1878.
