CHAP. 108.— AN ACT to remove the disabilities of Asa Wall imposed by the third section of the fourteenth article of the amendments to the Constitution of the United States.Feb. 26, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Asa Wall.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed on Asa Wall, of Virginia, by the provisions of the third section of the fourteenth article of the amendments to the Constitution of the United States, be, and they are hereby, removed. Approved, February 26, 1879.
