CHAP. 107.— AN ACT for the relief of the Richmond Female Institute of Richmond, Virginia.Feb. 26, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United- States of America in Congress assembled*,Richmond Female Institute.Payment for rent, etc. That the proper accounting-officers of the Treasury Department be, and are hereby, directed to pay to the Treasurer of the Richmond Female Institute, of the city of Richmond in the State of Virginia, the sum of four thousand nine hundred and thirty-three dollars and thirty-three cents, in full payment and satisfaction for the rent, use, and occupation of its buildings by the Army of the United States, from October first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to October tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, all claims for injuries oi damages being satisfied by the acceptance of said sum; and to enable such payment to be made, the said sum is hereby appropriated for that purpose.
