XXIII.— An Act *declaring the assent of Congress to an act of the General Assembly of Virginia therein mentioned.* April 14, 1802. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Act relative to the improvement of the Appomatox, assented to. That the assent of Congress is hereby given and declared to an act of the general assembly of Virginia, intituled “ An act to amend and reduce into one, the several acts of assembly for improving the navigation of Appomatox river, from Broadway to Pocahontas bridge.” Approved, April 14, 1802.
