XXII.— An Act *declaring the assent of Congress to an act of the General Assembly of Virginia, therein mentioned.* March 16, 1804. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the assent of CongressAssent of Congress to act of Virginia for improving the navigation of James river. is hereby given and declared to an act of the general assembly of Virginia, intituled “An act for improving the navigation of James river,” which act was passed on the twenty-third day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and four. Approved, March 16, 1804.
