XV.— An Act *making a partial appropriation for the support of government, during the year one thousand eight hundred and two.* April 2, 1802. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* [Obsolete.]Appropriation. That the sum of one hundred thousand dollars, to be paid out of any monies in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, shall be, and the same hereby is appropriated towards defraying the expenditure of the civil list, including the contingent expenses of the several departments, during the year one thousand eight hundred and two. Approved, April 2, 1802.
