Chap. XL.— An Act *confirming the decisions of the Commissioners in favour of the claimants of land in the district of Kaskaskia.* May 1, 1810. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Act of March 3, 1807, ch. 47, sec. 6.Decisions of the commissioners confirmed. That ail the decisions made by the commissioners appointed for the purpose of examining the claims of persons claiming lands in the district of Kaskaskia, in favour of such claimants, as entered in the transcript of decisions, bearing date the thirty-first day of December, eighteen hundred and nine, which have been transmitted by the said commissioners to the Secretary of the Treasury according to law, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
