Chap. X.— An Act *to alter the time for the next meeting of Congress.* Jan. 30, 1809. [Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Congress to meet on the fourth Monday of May, 1809. That after the adjournment of the present session, the next meeting of Congress shall be on the fourth Monday of May next. Approved, January 30, 1809.
