Chap. VIII.— An Act *in addition to the “Act to regulate the laying out and making a road from Cumberland, in the state of Maryland, to the state of Ohio.”*(*a*)(*a*) See notes to act of March 29, 1806, chap. 19.Feb. 14, 1810. [Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Specific additional appropriation. That in addition to the unexpended balance of the sum heretofore appropriated for the laying out and making a road from Cumberland, in the state of Maryland, to theAct of March 29, 1806, ch. 19. state of Ohio, the sum of sixty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, and to be expended under the direction of the President of the United States, in making said road between Cumberland in the state of Maryland, and Brownsville in the state of Pennsylvania, commencing at Cumberland; which sum of sixty thousand dollars, shall be paid out of the fund reserved for laying out and making roads to the state of Ohio, by virtue of the seventh section of an act, passed on the 556 ELEVENTH CONGRESS.
