Chap. VI.— An Act *to repeal part of an act, intituled “An act to provide for mitigating or remitting the forfeitures, penalties and disabilities, accruing in certain cases therein mentioned, and to continue in force the residue of the same.”*(*a*)(*a*) Act of March 3, 1797, chap. 13.Feb. 11, 1800. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Vol. i. 500. That the fourth section of an act intituled “An act to provide for mitigating or remitting the forfeitures, penalties and disabilities, accruing in certain cases therein mentioned,” passed on the third day of March, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-seven, shall be, and the same is hereby repealed, and the residue of the said act shall be, and the same is hereby continued in full force without limitation of time.
