[Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Congress to meet the third Monday in Nov. 1800. That the session of Congress next ensuing the present shall be held at the city of Washington, in the District of Columbia, and said session shall commence on the third Monday of November, one thousand eight hundred. Approved, May 13, 1800.
