Chap. LIII.— An Act *to revive and continue in force “An act declaring the consent of Congress to an act of the State of Georgia, passed the twelfth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and four, establishing the fees of the harbor master and health officer of the ports of Savannah and St. Marys.”* March 3, 1813. [Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Act of March 2, 1811, ch. 36. That the act of Congress, passed the second day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eleven, entitled “An act declaring the consent of Congress to an act of the state of Georgia, passed the twelfth day of December,one thousand eight hundred and four, establishing the fees of the harbor master and health officer of the ports of Savannah and St.
Marys,” be, and the same is hereby Act continued until March 3, 1815.revived and continued in force for one year, and from thence to the end of the next session of Congress, and no longer. Approved, March 3, 1813.
