XXI.— An Act *to amend the one hundred and thirty-third Section of an Act approved June eighth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, entitled “An Act to revise, consolidate, and amend the Statutes relating to the Post-office Department.”* Jan. 9, 1873.1872. ch. 335, § 133.*Ante*, p. 300. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Packages of seeds. &c, may be sent by mail That section one hundred and thirty-three of the act entitled “An act to revise, consolidate, and amend the statutes relating to the Post-office Department,” approved June eighth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, be so amended as to authorizeFORTY-SECOND CONGRESS.
