CHAP. XCVII.— An Act placing the Name of Theodore S. Comparet on the Pension Roll. April 12, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Theodore S. Comparet. be, and is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll the name of Theodore S. Comparet, late first lieutenant and quartermaster of the one hundred and forty-second Indiana volunteers, at the rate of twelve dollars and seventy-five cents per month, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, and to commence on the passage of this act. Approved, April 12, 1872.
