CHAP. XCV.— An Act granting a Pension to Evan Johnson. Feb. 1, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Evan Johnson. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the 722 FORTY-SECOND CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 96–99. 1873. name of Evan Johnson, late a corporal of company I, forty-seventh regiment Illinois volunteers, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 1, 1873.
