CHAP. XCIV.— An Act granting a Pension to Catherine Ross. Feb. 1, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Catherine Ross. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catherine Ross, mother of John Ross, late a private in the twenty-third regiment of Illinois infantry volunteers, to take effect from the passage of this act. Approved, February 1, 1873.
