CHAP. LXIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Elizabeth H. Morgan. March 27, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Elizabeth H. Morgan. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth H. Morgan, widow of Peleg W. Morgan, late an ensign in the United States navy, and to pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act, during her widowhood. Approved, March 27, 1872.
