CHAP. III.— An Act relating to condemned Cannon for Cemetery at San Francisco.March 24, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ThatCondemned cannon, &c. for Cemetery Association of San Francisco. the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to deliver to the Grand Army of the Republic G*mctery Association, of San Francisco, California, six pieces of condemned iron cannon and thirty cannon balls, to be used in the embellishment of the burial-grounds of said association. Approved, March 24, 1871.
