CHAP. CXXVIII.— An Act for the Relief of Mrs. Frances A. McKinney. April 29, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That there shall be paid, out ofPayment to Mrs. Frances A. McKinney. any appropriation heretofore or hereafter to be made for the payment of salaries and expenses of the judges and courts of the United States, to Mrs. Frances A. McKinney, widow and relict of John M. McKinney, late judge of the United States district court for the southern district of Florida, who died of yellow fever, October thirteen, eighteen hundred and seventy-one, contracted in discharge of his official duties, the full amount of one year’s salary of the office held by her husband at the time of his death.
