CHAP. CXXIV.— An Act to remove the Disabilities of William A. Graham, a Citizen of North Carolina. Feb. 8, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each house concurring therein,) * Disabilities removed from William A. Graham. That all legal and political disabilities imposed by the Constitution of the United States upon William A. Graham, a citizen of North Carolina, in consequence of participation in the recent rebellion, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, February 8, 1873.
