CHAP. CXXIII.— An Act to remove the Disabilities of A. B. Hardcastle, of Mississippi. Feb. 8, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Spates of America, in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each house concurring therein,) * Disabilities removed from A. B. Hardcastle. That all disabilities imposed by reason of the third section of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America upon A. B. Hardcastle, of the county of Munro, in the State of Mississippi, by reason of his participation in the late rebellion, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, February 8, 1873.
