CHAP. CXCIII.— An Act granting a Pension to George W. Swartz. Feb. 24, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to George W. Swartz. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Swartz, late a private in company I, one hundred and fifty-sixth Ohio national guards, at the rate of eight dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 24, 1873.
