CHAP. CXC.— An Act granting a Pension to Judith Dunham. Feb. 24, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Judith Dunham. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Judith Dunham, widow of George L. Dunham, late a private in the seventh regiment of Massachusetts volunteers, and afterwards transferred to the United States gun-boat “Cincinnati,” at the rate of eight dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 24, 1873.
