CHAP. CX.— An Act granting a Pension to Margaretta Becker. April 18, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Margaretta Becker. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Margaretta Becker, widow of Leopold Becker, late captain company D, twenty-fourth regiment Illinois infantry, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, and to continue during her widowhood.
