CHAP. CLXI.— An Act for the Relief of James M. Hagar. Feb. 18, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Payment to James M. Hagar. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James M. Hagar, of Richmond, Maine, owner of the ship “Ida Lilly,” one thousand three hundred and seventy-five dollars, illegally exacted from the master of said ship, and afterward covered into the treasury of the United States. Approved, February 18, 1873.
