CHAP. CLV.— An Act granting a Pension to Martin Zeeb. Feb. 17, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Martin Zeeb. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin Zeeb, who was a private in company E, second regiment (Colonel Small’s) “Washington guards,” afterwards twenty-seventh Pennsylvania volunteers, to take effect from the passage of this act. Approved, February 17, 1873.
