CHAP. CIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Elizabeth Black. Feb. 5, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Elizabeth Black. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Black, widow of William L. Black, late a private in company “K,” seventy-sixth regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers, from the passage of this act. Approved, February 5, 1873.
