CHAP. CDXXXII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Benjamin F. Berkley.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representat ives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Benjamin B. Berkley.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin F. Berkley, first lieutenant company C, in the seventh regiment of Illinois cavalry volunteers, and to pay him a pension as such lieutenant from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1873.
