CHAP. CDXXVII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Virginia M. F. Cusack.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Virginia M. F. Cusack.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Virginia M. F. Cusack, widow of John Cusack, late a captain in company D, first United States infantry. Approved, March 3, 1873.
