CHAP. CDXXIII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Margaret Miller.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pension to Margaret Milter.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Miller, widow of Cornelius Miller, late a private of company C, thirty-seventh ' Massachusetts infantry volunteers, and pay her a pension from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1873.
