CDXXII.— An Act *granting a Pension to John Tuell.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to John Tuell.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon ihe pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Tuell, father of Daniel Tuell, late a private in company D, fourth regiment Pennsylvania cavalry volunteers; this act to take effect from and after its passage. Approved, March 3, 1873.
