CHAP. CDXIII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Josiah Wilson, a Soldier of the War of* 1812. March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Josiah Wilson, of Salem, Washington county, State of New York, who served in Captain. Daniel St-John’s company, New FORTY-SECOND CONGRESS.
