CDVIII.— An Act *Act granting a Pension to Mary Whalen.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Alary Whalen.he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Whalen, widow of Michael Whalen, late a private in company B, twenty-eighth regiment of Kentucky volunteers, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1873.
