CHAP. CDV.— An Act *granting increase of Pension to Robert S. Dumont.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Robert S. Dumont.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Robert 8. Dumont, late admiral’s secretary, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month from the passage of this act, the pension certificate now held by said Dumont to be given up, surrendered and cancelled from and after the time this act shall take effect; and that all money expended by virtue of this act shall be paid from the naval pension fund.
