CHAP. CDLXXIV.— An Act for the Relief of Martin Freeman. June 10, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Payment to Martin Freeman, owner of schooner “Delight.” That the Secretary of the Nayy be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Martin Freeman, owner of the schooner “Delight,” for her loss in the service of the United States, the sum of six thousand dollars, out of any money heretofore, or which may be hereafter, appropriated for the purchase of vessels and equipment, which sum, if received, shall be in full of all claims by said Freeman against the United States. Approved, June 10, 1872.
