CHAP. CDLXXII.— An Act *to remove the political Disabilities of James D. Halyburton, of Virginia, and Thomas G. Williams, of San Antonio, in the State of Texas.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each house concurring therein)* That all political disabilities imposed by the third section Political disabilities of James D. Halyburton and Thomas G. Williams removed. FORTY-SECOND CONGRESS.
Sess. III. Ch. 473, 474, 475. 1873. 793of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby, removed from James D. Halyburton, of Virginia, and Thomas G. Williams, of San Antonio, in the State of Texas. Approved, March 3, 1873.
