CHAP. CDLXIX.— An Act *granting a Pension to Eliza J. Humphrey, Widow of James H. Humphrey.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Eliza J. Humphrey.be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza J. Humphrey, widow of James H. Humphrey, late a private in company H, in the eighty-first regiment Indiana volunteer infantry, and to pay her a pension from the passage of this act as a private’s widow, and in respect to her minor children under sixteen years of age.
