CDLIV.— An Act *for the Relief of Joseph Lanman* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be paid to Joseph Payment to Joseph Lanman.Lanman, rear-admiral in the United States navy, the difference between the pay of a commodore and that of a rear-admiral of the United States navy, from December seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, to April fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight.
