CHAP. CDLII.— An Act *for the Relief of Francis A. Gibbons.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury Payment to Francis A. Gibbons.be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Francis A. Gibbons the sura of twenty thousand dollars, in full satisfaction and discharge of his claim for additional compensation for the construction of a building for the use of the Agricultural Department; and the said sum is hereby appro priated, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1873.
