CHAP. CDL.— An Act *for the Relief of John L. Pendery, surviving Partner of Pendery and Gamble, Attorneys* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the sum of five hundred Payment to John L. Pendery.dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to John L. Pendery, surviving partner of Pendery and Gamble, for legal services rendered in proceedings in the United States circuit court against trespassers on the Delaware Indian lands in Kansas: *Provided,* That this amount shall be Proviso.in full satisfaction for said indebtedness.
