CHAP. CDIII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Cordelia C. Dougherty* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and Bouse of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Cordelia C. Dougherty.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cordelia C, Dougherty, widow of Charles Dougherty, late a private in company “I,” second regiment of Maine volunteers, and also late a private in company “D,” thirteenth regiment of Maine volunteers, together with the children of said Charles and Cordelia C.
Dougherty who are under sixteen years of age, to take effect from the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1873.
